Our Story

Crêpes Paulette Food truck being pulled by a large, old, white SUV

Crêpes Paulette first popped up as a foodtruck on the Bentonville Square in 2010, founded by Bentonville native Paula Jo Chitty Henry and her French husband Frédéric Henry. With expanding culinary tastes in mind, we seek to offer a delicious, innovative, fast-casual spin on many cuisines, all cleverly and artfully wrapped in our traditional, authentic French crêpes and galettes.  From our classic Nutella banana sweet crêpe to our wildly popular gluten free Thai savory crepe, each handheld creation is made fresh to order with quality ingredients, proprietary recipes and attention to detail.

We strive to keep packaging and food waste to a minimum, recycle like there’s no tomorrow, and participate in many fundraisers for the Northwest Arkansas community (and beyond).  With the opening in 2016 of our brick and mortar restaurant in Bentonville and our Fayetteville restaurant in 2023, we’ve continued these efforts and expanded our offerings, all while maintaining the lighthearted and friendly atmosphere that we always cultivated at the foodtruck.

We hope you'll stop by one of our locations soon to enjoy the Crêpes Paulette experience!
